We've partnered with Pudo (Pick Up & Drop Off) to ensure reliable and convenient delivery of your socks. Pudo offers:

  • Locker-to-door delivery service
  • Nationwide coverage across South Africa
  • Real-time tracking
  • SMS and email notifications

Days 1-10 of each month

Orders are picked and packed

Gauteng (JHB, PTA) 2-3 business days from dispatch
Western Cape (CPT) 3-4 business days from dispatch

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Email notification with your Pudo tracking number
  • SMS notification with tracking details
  • Real-time tracking available through your dashboard

You can also track your order by logging into your account dashboard.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is:

  • A complete physical address (no PO Boxes)
  • Within South Africa
  • Accessible for courier delivery

You can update your delivery address anytime from your account settings. Address changes made after the 5th of the month will apply to the following month's delivery.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier will attempt redelivery within 24-48 hours
  • After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be held at the nearest Pudo point
  • You will be notified via SMS with collection details
Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
  • We will investigate with our courier partner
  • Replacement socks will be sent at no additional cost
